SilTerra’s CL130H32 technology ( 0.13um High Voltage), is specifically position to meet the requirement for   the display driver IC used in high resolution WQVGA, HVGA, VGA  TFT LCD panel ( 2.5 inch panel size and above ) such as PDA Phones, Mobile TV Phones and Smart Phones.

This technology is supported by complete standard cell library, configurable SRAM macro block, I/O and OTP memory.

Triple gate oxide
Six retrograde wells
Offer slim type SRAM
Support High, Middle and Low Voltage option
Provide source driver and analog function
Aluminum metallization with tungsten plug
Offer symmetric and asymmetric HV transistor
Inter metal dielectric : USC
Passivation with HDP nitride
One Time Programming Cell for gamma color tuning
