Silterra is committed to develop core design competencies in young graduates and continues to attract talented young minds through:
Undergraduate Internship
Provides undergraduate students the access to Silterra’s state-of-the-art wafer fab thereby offering them, hands-on experience on small project modules.
Postgraduate Internship
Provides students the opportunity to design, develop and test their chip design thus providing an environment that nurtures chip designers. Based on their individual performances, some of these students are then hired by Silterra on a full-time basis.
Researchers (Lecturers)
Provides researchers/ lecturers the opportunity to explore the real wafer fabrication process, thus strengthening their theoretical knowledge through practical experience.
