SilTerra's CMOS Logic technologies are process-matched to the leading foundry. These processes, covers from 180nm node to 110nm node, are running in high volume production. SilTerra's CMOS Logic technologies provide optimal combination of performance in term of power, speed and gate density, to meet the stringent product requirement in Consumer, Communication and Computing applications.. In addition, we offer logic non-volatile memory solutions which enable designer to integrate programming function for command code or data memory storage in the System-On-Chip IC.

Our High Voltage technologies are uniquely developed for ultra low leakage devices with tighter process design rules specifically target for AMOLED/TFT Display Driver application used for the mobile display panel like in mobile phones, wearable and portable consumer devices.

SilTerra's Mixed-Signal and RFCMOS technologies are built from the proven CMOS Logic platform with additional active and passive RF/analog components. These RF/analog components features high precision MiM ( Metal-Insulator-Metal), Finger Capacitor, Varactor, Diode, Thick Metal Inductors, Deep Nwell, Multi-Vt and High precision resistors which are characterized up to 20GHz range. These technologies are well suited for RF/analog applications used in WLAN, Bluetooth, RFID, Zigbee applications.

SilTerra's BCDMOS and Power MOSFET technologies are developed for energy efficient power management applications to meet industry GREEN energy expectation. These technologies are suitable for applications used in Wireless charger, Power switches, LED driver, motor driver, DC-DC converter and Lithium battery charger.
