SilTerra Contributes Books to Schools in Kulim. The book contributions are part of SilTerra’s CSR initiatives, focusing on the Community aspect of ESG where it demonstrates our continuous commitment to enhance our relationship with various stakeholders and the local communities.
The books were the result of the overall collection of the internal IR2IS Book Donation Drive where SilTerra employees were encouraged to donate their used books which are still in good condition.
The first book handover was to the headmaster of SK Sungai Karangan, En. Zalizan Abdullah on Monday, 14th August 2023.
The second book handover was to the Principal of SMK Sungai Karangan, Pn. Rosliza Ghazali, on Tuesday, 15th August 2023.
The books given were a collection of numerous reading materials with topics ranging from academic-focused publications to story books that students can read during their free time to improve their language proficiency and comprehension.
